Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a European ERP Programme Administrator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis, reporting to the European ERP Director. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the successful delivery and ongoing management of a major ERP programme, ensuring activities are coordinated efficiently and stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Our role is offering hybrid working in the Ashford office, so you must be within a commutable distance.
In this role, you will provide vital programme and administrative support to the Programme Leadership Team and project teams, helping to coordinate activities, maintain programme plans and documentation, organise meetings and workshops, and support reporting and governance requirements. You will act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating effective communication across teams and ensuring information is shared accurately and consistently. You will also support budget administration, resource onboarding, risk and issue tracking, and the preparation of programme reports, dashboards and presentations.
Requirements
We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented professional with proven experience in programme or project administration, ideally gained within ERP implementations or large-scale IT programmes. A good understanding of ERP systems and implementation processes is highly desirable, together with strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident working with stakeholders at all levels, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
