Reporting to the Europe People Manager, the role acts as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance across employee relations, employee lifecycle activities, benefits administration, global mobility and Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements.

Working closely with the Europe People Manager, Europe Payroll Advisor, Europe People Administration Team and business stakeholders, the People Advisor supports the consistent delivery of people processes and helps ensure compliance with local employment legislation, company policies and best practice across the region.

The role plays a key part in supporting the employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle, providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters, overseeing onboarding and offboarding activities, coordinating benefits enrolment, supporting global mobility and Employer On Record processes, and contributing to a range of European People projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Advisory

  • Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across Europe on policies, procedures and employee relations matters.
  • Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters, supporting managers with absence management, probation reviews, performance conversations and routine employee relations matters, escalating more complex cases where appropriate.

  • Ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with local legislative requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
