The Opportunity
Are you a Lean-minded leader passionate about operational excellence? We are looking for a European Warranty Leader to head our regional team within Gas Power Services. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the end-to-end resolution of complex warranty claims for our European fleet. You will shape our regional warranty strategy, foster high-performing teams, and collaborate across the business to elevate customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Job Description
What You Will Accomplish

Lead and Empower
- You will mentor and develop a talented team of Warranty Engineers, ensuring they have the capabilities and resources to deliver high-quality results across our regional portfolio.

Champion Governance
- You will implement and refine our regional warranty framework, ensuring standard work adherence, effective resource management, and precise cost control.

Drive Operational Excellence
- By applying Lean principles, you will identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce waste, and standardize processes, ultimately enhancing our execution speed and accuracy. You will work closely with our Heavy-Duty New Units organization during plant handover, ensuring timely, cost-efficient performance of Warranty execution across regional portfolio and support of punch list closure.

Solve Complex Challenges
- You will lead high-level technical reviews and perform deep-dive analysis on warranty trends. Your work will turn data into actionable insights, helping us resolve issues faster and prevent recurrence.

Influence Strategy
- You will partner with commercial, project management, and engineering teams to integrate operational learnings into future bids, ensuring we remain proactive and competitive.

Communicate with Impact
- You will be a key voice for the region, providing senior leadership with clear, data-driven updates on performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives. You will establish and monitor warranty cost control mechanisms including budget tracking, forecast accuracy, cost recovery and productivity performance across regional operations.

Substantive Industry Experience
- You possess extensive knowledge of the power generation industry—ideally within services, field operations, or project execution—and understand the technical complexities of heavy-duty power equipment.

- You have a proven ability to lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams. You build trust, foster collaboration, and empower others to succeed in a matrixed environment.

- You are skilled at managing budgets, forecasts, and complex warranty costs. You possess the commercial acumen to balance financial performance with excellent customer outcomes.
