Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing, creative agency that partners with leading global brands to deliver memorable and impactful branded gifting experiences. They work with a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients to create bespoke branded merchandise. They have an exciting opportunity for a European Business Development Manager to join the business during a period of growth and play a key role in expanding its presence across the UK and Europe. This position is based in London working 4 days in the office / 1 day remote.
The Role
As the European Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and growing your own portfolio of clients across the UK and European markets. Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will develop targeted business development strategies, identify new opportunities and drive commercial growth from the ground up.
Acting as a trusted partner to your clients, you will manage relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle, collaborating closely with creative, project management, sourcing and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to winning and growing business.

About You
You'll be an ambitious and entrepreneurial business developer with a proven track record of generating new business and building a successful client portfolio from scratch. You'll combine commercial drive with outstanding client management skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Build and execute strategic outreach campaigns through email, networking, events and creative prospecting initiatives.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across European markets.
- Manage and nurture key client relationships, driving repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Oversee projects from initial brief through to delivery, ensuring exceptional client service throughout.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams across creative, project management, sourcing and operations.
- Provide strategic input during project development and contribute commercial insight throughout the process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain clear visibility of project progress and status.
- Support quoting, sales order and purchase order processes while ensuring commercial requirements are met.
- Utilise CRM and project management tools to maintain accurate reporting, forecasting and pipeline management.
