Company Description
Artisano Woven Decoration Ltd supplies made-to-measure window shades to businesses and design professionals worldwide. The company specializes in hand-crafted shades made from renewable materials such as jute, linen, bamboo, and abaca, designed for commercial, hospitality, and residential projects of all sizes. Artisano supports projects ranging from single prototypes for boutique spaces to full building rollouts, ensuring precise fit, sustainable quality, and reliable global shipping. In addition to finished blinds, the company provides fabric rolls and woven materials to manufacturers, wholesalers, and interior workshops seeking eco-friendly raw stock for their own product lines.
The Role
In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for building strategic commercial partnerships, expanding our customer base, and growing revenue across designated European territories. You will target key B2B accounts—such as interior designers, architects, retail partners, hospitality clients, and trade professionals—as well as driving direct sales opportunities.

- Market Expansion: Identify, target, and acquire new B2B and trade customers across key European markets.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, and retail dealers.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Lead the sales cycle from cold outreach and lead generation to contract negotiations and closing.
- Strategy & Forecasting: Develop tailored regional sales strategies, forecast revenue, and meet performance targets.
- Product Expertise: Position our bespoke window treatment solutions effectively against market competitors.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales and business development, ideally in window treatments, interior design, textiles, or related building materials.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, account management, and consultative selling, with the ability to engage architects, designers, and procurement teams.
- Proficiency in prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals across multiple European markets.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications, project requirements, and logistics considerations for commercial and residential installations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Comfort working remotely with strong self-organization, time management, and CRM/online collaboration tool proficiency.
- Knowledge of sustainable materials, eco-friendly product positioning, and current trends in window treatments or interior decoration is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel within Europe for client meetings, trade shows, and project site visits when required.
