Job Description:
Job Summary:
Fixed term secondment for 6 months
The Store Operations Technical Curriculum Business Partner supports the design, maintenance and continuous improvement of technical learning content for European retail teams. The role partners with Store Operations, the Retail Learning Offer and wider business teams to create clear, engaging and accessible learning materials that support store execution, Development Pathways and operational consistency.
To develop practical, user-friendly learning solutions that help associates understand and apply operational processes confidently and consistently. The role ensures learning content is accurate, accessible, aligned to business priorities and suitable for the needs of a diverse European retail audience.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop, maintain and improve technical learning content that supports store execution and operational consistency.
- Support the evolution of Development Pathways, working closely with Retail Learning partners to ensure a joined-up and practical learning offer.
- Partner with Store Operations and wider business teams to provide clear consultation, guidance and learning solutions for new and existing initiatives.
- Review operational processes, policies and learning materials to identify opportunities to improve accuracy, accessibility and user experience.
- Create effective communications that support the launch, execution and implementation of learning materials and processes for store teams.
- Maintain awareness of emerging learning technologies and make recommendations that improve efficiency, engagement and ease of use.

Job-Specific Responsibilities:
- Create, design and update technical learning content using appropriate digital learning tools and content creation platforms.
- Manage the upload, maintenance and launch of learning materials hosted within the WorkJam Training Center.
- Support the Best Standard Practice policy update cycle, ensuring content remains accurate and aligned to country legislation where required.
- Produce European operational learning content that considers language, culture, accessibility and local legislative requirements.
- Work collaboratively as part of project teams to deliver practical learning solutions that support business priorities.
- Proactively manage own development and support others by sharing knowledge, insight and best practice.
Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Fluent in English; additional European language skills are advantageous.
- Background experience in retail at management level desired
- Strong digital capability, including Microsoft Office applications and experience with learning content tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, Adobe Pro suite or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain purpose, process and key messages clearly.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work flexibly across multiple projects and respond to changing priorities.
- Able to build and maintain trusted working relationships with stakeholders across Store Operations and the wider business.
- Curious, resilient and comfortable working with ambiguity, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Able to think tactically and strategically, champion new ideas and support change in a practical and positive way.
- Demonstrates a high degree of personal and professional integrity.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Europe as required.
