European Commercial Lead – Climate Technology

Location: Flexible across Europe

Package: £200,000–£220,000 OTE, plus equity and benefits

We are partnering with an established international climate technology company entering an exciting new phase of European growth. Its technology helps major clean-energy operators manage complex operational and environmental data, meet reporting requirements and unlock the commercial value of their projects. Following strong early traction across Europe, the business is appointing its first dedicated senior commercial leader in the region.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine build role for someone who wants to create and lead a European market—not simply inherit an established sales territory. You will take ownership of the regional commercial strategy, combining hands-on business development with partnerships, market positioning and longer-term strategic leadership.

Initially operating as a senior individual contributor, you will:

  • Build and execute the European go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop new relationships across renewable energy and decarbonisation markets.
  • Create pipeline while progressing existing opportunities.
  • Lead complex commercial conversations through to close.
  • Build partnerships with influential organisations across the sector.
  • Represent the company at European conferences and industry events.
  • Shape regional messaging, priorities and future hiring plans.
  • Work closely with an experienced international leadership team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
