Role Positioning
This role is ideally suited to an ambitious and commercially driven sales professional ready to take the next step into European sales leadership. It offers an exceptional opportunity to broaden leadership responsibility, work closely with the General Manager and develop into a senior commercial leader while helping shape the future growth of Panorama's European business.
Role Overview
The European Field Sales Manager is responsible for leading Panorama's European Regional Sales team, driving sales execution, strengthening strategic customer engagement and ensuring consistent implementation of the Division's commercial strategy across Europe.
The role provides day-to-day leadership, coaching and performance management for a team of Regional Sales Managers, who are remotely located across Europe. The role will also have direct responsibility for the Scandinavian region and supporting the development of major strategic opportunities across Europe. Working closely with the General Manager, Technical Pre-Sales, Marketing, Partner Services and the UK&I Carrier Manager, the successful candidate will help develop a high-performing sales organisation focused on sustainable growth, customer engagement and operational excellence.
The role is based in the UK and requires regular travel throughout the UK and Europe.

Principal Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and support the European Regional Sales team to maximise individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews and development planning with Regional Sales Managers.
- Drive achievement of sales targets, pipeline development and commercial objectives across Europe.
- Support Regional Sales Managers in developing strategic account plans and customer growth strategies.
- Work alongside the General Manager on major commercial opportunities and strategic customer engagements.
- Maintain executive relationships with key customers and partners where appropriate.
- Review pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy and sales performance to ensure opportunities are effectively managed.
- Work collaboratively with Technical Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Services and Operations to maximise commercial success.
- Identify development opportunities across the sales team and implement coaching to improve capability and performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements, providing recommendations to support future commercial strategy.
- Represent Panorama Antennas at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
- Promote a collaborative, customer-focused and high-performance culture across the European sales organisation.

Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in business development, regional sales management or commercial management within B2B technology, telecommunications, RF, electronics or a related technical industry.
- A proven track record of delivering commercial growth and developing strategic customer relationships.
- Experience leading, mentoring or coaching sales professionals, either through direct management or project leadership.
- Experience managing complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience operating across international markets would be advantageous.
