You will drive profitable growth, strengthen financial discipline, and support strategic decision-making across multiple jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will provide commercial insight, robust financial challenge, and leadership across planning, performance management, governance, and investment decisions. This is a highly visible position with significant influence over business performance, resource allocation, and long-term growth initiatives.
A little more information about the role:
- Lead financial performance across a diverse portfolio of European and growth markets.
- Own regional P&L delivery in partnership with market and regional leadership teams.
- Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Provide forward-looking analysis of commercial performance, key risks, and growth opportunities.
- Drive initiatives to improve revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency across multiple markets.
- Support strategic decision-making through high-quality financial insight and scenario modelling.
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, providing constructive challenge and commercial guidance.
- Ensure robust financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices are maintained.
- Oversee statutory reporting, regulatory compliance, and audit activities across markets.
- Maintain the integrity and quality of financial reporting in line with group standards and policies.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a multi-country finance organisation.
- Build consistency, capability, and accountability across regional finance teams.
- Partner effectively with Group Finance and shared service functions.
- Drive finance transformation, process improvement, standardisation, and enhanced data quality.
- Support investment, resource allocation, and growth decisions through rigorous financial analysis.

To successfully deliver in this position, you will need to have:

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience leading finance functions within a complex, multi-country international environment.
- Strong commercial finance background with significant P&L ownership.
- Demonstrable experience partnering with senior executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
- Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and financial planning processes.
- Experience operating across multiple regulatory, statutory, and governance frameworks.
- Strong financial control, risk management, and compliance expertise.
- Track record of developing and leading high-performing finance teams across different geographies.
- Advanced analytical and modelling capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Ability to balance commercial partnership with appropriate financial challenge and independent judgement.
