deVere Group is one of the world’s largest independent international financial advisory organisations, operating across 100+ countries and providing financial advice and wealth management solutions to globally mobile clients.

We are looking for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals to join our European Financial Advisory Graduate Programme, beginning with a 3-week Training Academy in Malta in November 2026, followed by a January 2027 start in one of our European offices.

🌍 The Opportunity

This is a client-facing, commercially focused opportunity for individuals who want to build a long-term career in international financial advice, wealth management and business development.

You will work alongside experienced Financial Advisors while developing the skills required to build and manage long-term client relationships, including:

  • Client engagement and relationship building
  • Lead generation, networking and business development
  • Understanding international financial products and solutions
  • Supporting experienced Financial Advisors
  • Developing towards managing your own client relationships

🎓 3-Week Onboarding Academy | Malta | November 2026

Successful candidates will attend a fully structured 3-week Training Academy in Malta, covering the fundamentals of European financial advice, wealth management, client engagement and business development.

The academy combines trainer-led sessions, practical development, coaching and digital learning, providing the foundation required to begin your career within one of our European offices.

Following successful completion, you will begin your permanent role in January 2027.

Experience in sales, business development, retail, hospitality, sport or other people-focused environments can be advantageous. Previous financial services experience is not essential.

The programme is focused on financial advisory, wealth management, client relationships and business development, making it best suited to graduates looking for a commercially focused, people-facing career.
