Mindray – HEMATOLOGY, In Vitro Diagnostics
Shape the future of Hematology diagnostics across Europe
Mindray is redefining what’s possible in In Vitro Diagnostics — combining global scale, strong R&D investment, and the agility of a fast‑growing international business. As we continue to expand our footprint across Europe, we are looking for an experienced European IVD Hematology Product Manager to lead the strategic growth of our Hematology portfolio.
This is a high‑impact regional role for a senior product or marketing leader who wants to influence strategy, launches, pricing, and market positioning across multiple European markets — while working closely with both local teams and global HQ.
Why join Mindray?
- Global leader with momentum: Mindray is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies, with a rapidly growing international IVD business and a strong, long‑term commitment to innovation in Hematology and diagnostics.
- True regional ownership: This is not a “local marketing execution” role. You will own the European Hematology strategy, shape go‑to‑market plans, influence pricing and tenders, and act as the key interface between Europe and global HQ.
- Impact at scale: Your work will directly influence how Mindray’s Hematology solutions are positioned, launched, and adopted across diverse European healthcare systems — from large strategic accounts to distributor‑led markets.
- Strong investment in people and products: Mindray continues to invest heavily in R&D, product innovation, and international talent, offering the opportunity to grow with a business that is still expanding its global footprint.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
