Curious and innovative problem solvers looking for the chance to meaningfully shape the future of cardiac health, our company, and your career.

About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and execution of clinical and health economic evidence dissemination strategies, as well as peer-to-peer education initiatives, that communicate the clinical, operational, and economic value of the Zio® service across clinical and non-clinical healthcare stakeholders.

This role is responsible for identifying and prioritising relevant clinical, health economic, and market access evidence, and partnering with internal subject matter experts to translate this evidence into clear, compelling messaging that articulates the Zio® service value proposition.

The individual will drive both external evidence dissemination and internal education efforts, while supporting Medical Affairs-led peer-to-peer education initiatives such as webinars, symposia, speaker programs, to accelerate adoption across targeted European markets.

Please note - Candidates must be based in the UK to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:

Clinical & Market Access Evidence Strategy

  • Develop and execute evidence dissemination strategy to support Zio adoption.
  • Partner with Scientific Affairs and Global Market Access teams to understand the evolving clinical and health economic evidence landscape.
  • Translate complex clinical and economic evidence into compelling value propositions.
  • Identify evidence gaps, adoption barriers, and market-specific needs to inform dissemination priorities and commercial strategies.

Content Development & Dissemination

  • Develop evidence-based materials including brochures, presentations, whitepapers, publication-related content to support clinical and market access value communication.
  • Drive the dissemination of newly published clinical evidence, guideline updates, and health economic analyses across target markets.
  • Develop Real-World Evidence (RWE) materials in collaboration with sales, customer experience, and market access teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
