The Role
As a Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant on our European Markets desk, you'll get structured training from day one and quickly start taking on real ownership across the full recruitment process, working in your language(s) with clients and candidates across Europe.
You'll build expertise across:
- Building and managing relationships with European clients and candidates, often in their own language.
- Sourcing top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and market research.
- Interviewing candidates and getting under the skin of what drives their careers.
- Owning the recruitment process end-to-end, from brief to successful placement.
- Developing new business and building your own client portfolio across European markets.
- Negotiating salaries and offers with confidence.
- Delivering sharp market insight, salary benchmarking and competitor analysis.
- Becoming the go-to expert in your specialist market and language region.
- Delivering a first-class experience for every client and candidate.

Who We're Looking For
No recruitment experience required. We want people who perform under pressure, thrive on a challenge, and are driven to deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
You might be:
- Fluent or business-fluent in English plus one or more European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and other languages are all of interest).
- A recent graduate or finishing university, including graduates of European universities now based in the UK.
- Looking to make your first move into a professional career.
- Coming from sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or another performance-driven environment.
- Someone who's motivated by building relationships and hitting clear targets.
- Driven by progression and serious earning potential.

Working Hours
As a European Markets consultant, your hours will be:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
