About ZILO

ZILO is transforming the infrastructure that powers global asset and wealth management. Our cloud-native Transfer Agency platform enables financial institutions to modernise investor servicing, fund operations, and digital asset infrastructure. As the industry evolves towards tokenised funds and digitally native assets, ZILO provides the operational foundation connecting traditional investment operations with next-generation capital markets.

Following continued growth and a strategic partnership with Ripple, ZILO is expanding across European markets. This is an opportunity to become a pivotal hire in this expansion and help to cement ZILO as a market leader in Digital Transfer Agency.

Role Purpose

Primary commercial focus: Driving the adoption of ZILO’s Digital Transfer Agency platform across European financial services and digital capital markets ecosystem.

As Sales Director - Digital Transfer Agency, you will lead ZILO's commercial expansion across Europe, with primary responsibility for promoting and driving adoption of ZILO's Digital Transfer Agency offering.

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will introduce ZILO's proposition to asset managers, fund administrators, custodians, wealth platforms, and digital capital markets participants.

This is a strategic, market-building role for an experienced enterprise sales professional who can identify opportunities, develop executive relationships, influence industry conversations, and secure transformational technology partnerships. You will play a key role in shaping our growth strategy, building on our previous successes and future commercial operations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
