European Sales Manager
A commercially focused European Sales Manager role driving growth across Benelux and Nordic markets. You'll manage key distributor relationships, develop existing accounts, and identify new opportunities within infrastructure sectors. This is a strategic, outward-facing role with autonomy to shape regional performance and build long-term partnerships.

Our client is a well-established, international manufacturing business with strong revenues and operations across Europe. They deliver innovative, sustainable solutions into infrastructure and construction markets, working closely with distributors and end users to improve project efficiency, safety, and performance.

- Manage and grow key accounts across Benelux & Nordic regions
- Develop strong distributor partnerships and drive performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Build relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Support sales planning, forecasting, and budget delivery
- Work closely with internal teams across sales, operations, and marketing
- Engage in early-stage project/specification sales where relevant
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Profile
A successful European Sales Manager should have:
Essential:
- Experience in field sales / account management
- Background working with distributors or indirect sales channels
- Exposure to construction, engineering, or technical products
- Strong relationship-building and commercial skills
- Willingness to travel across UK, Benelux & Nordics

- Experience managing multi-country territories
- Degree or further education (business or technical)
