Lead a European sales team, develop strategic customer relationships and help shape the next phase of Brook Taverner’s international growth.

This newly created role combines regional sales leadership with hands on account management. You will lead and develop a team of three to four sales professionals, personally manage a select portfolio of key corporate accounts and work closely with the Head of Sales to turn market insight into commercial growth.

Brook Taverner has been helping customers make the right impression since 1912. Today, it is Europe’s largest supplier of stock supported corporate clothing and a respected retail menswear brand, built on quality, service and value.

This is a visible leadership role for someone who enjoys setting direction but also wants to remain close to customers and the team. You will spend time in market, support important meetings, strengthen sales discipline and create a consistent approach across European territories.

The role

  • Lead, coach and develop the European sales team through regular one to ones, field visits and practical support
  • Join customer meetings to support conversion, resolve challenges and strengthen senior relationships
  • Set territory targets with the Head of Sales and drive performance against agreed commercial measures
  • Personally manage and grow a small number of strategic corporate accounts across key European markets, including France and Germany
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, cross selling, new channels and market development
  • Contribute to pricing, product positioning and go to market decisions
  • Use sales, pipeline and market data to improve forecasting and identify risks and opportunities
  • Build consistent sales processes, reporting standards and disciplined CRM usage across the team
  • Use customer and competitor insight to inform the wider European growth strategy
  • Travel regularly across Europe to support the team, customers and business development activity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
