About the Role

We are looking for an experienced S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) Manager to own the end-to-end S&OP process for the European market. The role balances customer demand, inventory level, production supply, and cross-functional alignment to drive stable supply chain performance, forecast accuracy, and optimal stock coverage across EU regions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly S&OP cycle, including demand review, supply review, inventory balancing, and executive consensus review for Europe business.
  • Collect, consolidate, and validate sales forecast from country teams, marketing, and key account channels; continuously improve forecast accuracy.
  • Monitor regional inventory turnover, safety stock, OTIF, and supply bottlenecks; propose inventory optimization plans to avoid overstock and stockout.
  • Align factory supply plan, warehouse allocation, and logistics arrangement according to regional demand fluctuation and seasonal peaks.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and manufacturing to resolve supply-demand gaps.
  • Track mid-term market trend, promotion plan, and new product launch schedule, ensure supply readiness.
  • Prepare monthly S&OP performance report, highlight risks, gaps, and improvement actions for regional leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years working experience in S&OP / demand planning / supply planning, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industry.
  • Solid understanding of European market supply chain, multi-country inventory deployment, and EU logistics model.
  • Strong Excel / data analysis skills; experience with SAP or planning system is preferred.
  • Good cross-department communication, problem-solving ability, and structured working logic.
