As of the first half of 2026, POP MART had more than 100 million registered members worldwide, operated 676 physical stores and over 2,800 ROBO SHOP vending machines, and reached nearly 100 countries and regions through cross-border e-commerce platforms, bringing joy to consumers around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand review, supply review, inventory balancing, and executive consensus review for Europe business.
  • Collect, consolidate, and validate sales forecasts from country teams, marketing, and key account channels; continuously improve forecast accuracy.
  • Monitor regional inventory turnover, safety stock, OTIF, and supply bottlenecks; propose inventory optimization plans to avoid overstock and stockout.
  • Align the factory supply plan, warehouse allocation, and logistics arrangement according to regional demand fluctuation and seasonal peaks.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and manufacturing to resolve supply-demand gaps.
  • Track the midterm market trend, promotion plan, and new product launch schedule, and ensure supply readiness.
  • Prepare a monthly S&OP performance report, highlighting risks, gaps, and improvement actions for regional leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of working experience in S&OP / demand planning / supply planning, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industry.
  • Solid understanding of the European market supply chain, multi-country inventory deployment, and the EU logistics model.
  • Strong Excel/data analysis skills; experience with SAP or a planning system is preferred.
  • Good cross-department communication, problem-solving ability, and structured working logic.
  • Fluent English for regional meetings and stakeholder alignment.
