Port Solent, Portsmouth (Expectation to attend the office at least once per month)

This is a high-profile role where you'll have the autonomy to shape sales strategy, develop key accounts, and drive revenue growth across some of Europe's most critical industries.

The Opportunity
As European Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for expanding market presence throughout the utilities and industrial sectors, identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic distribution partnerships, and increasing adoption of a portfolio of cutting-edge hardware and software solutions.

You'll work with major customers across the power utilities and industrial markets, helping them improve operational performance, asset reliability, safety, and visibility through innovative monitoring technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a growth strategy across the UK and European markets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, direct accounts, and routes to market.
- Manage and expand relationships with distribution partners across multiple territories.
- Promote a portfolio of integrated hardware, software, SaaS, and remote monitoring solutions.
- Represent the business at international trade exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry events.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to maximise market penetration.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM systems.
- Deliver against ambitious sales and revenue targets.

About You
- Proven success in technical sales, business development, or account management within the utilities, industrial, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
- Experience selling technology-led solutions, ideally combining hardware, software, SaaS, or digital services.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with distributors, agents, or channel partners across European territories.
- The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A willingness to travel internationally (approximately 40-50% of the time).
