The Mission

At Cyclops Utilities, we don’t just sell equipment; we provide the "eyes and ears" for the world’s most critical infrastructure. As our European Sales Manager, you will be the primary architect of our expansion across the UK and Europe.

Operating at the intersection of heavy industry and cutting-edge IoT, you will drive the adoption of our smart monitoring solutions, software, and hardware within the Power Utilities and Lifting & Holding sectors. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic closer who thrives on international growth and technical innovation.

Your Core Objectives

1. Strategic Market Expansion

  • Own the Map: Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to penetrate the UK and European Power Utility and industrial markets. Exceeding the allocated sales budget for the territories.
  • New Frontiers: Identify and secure new business opportunities, uncovering untapped routes to market and high-value direct accounts.
  • Scale through Partners: Audit and optimize our distribution network, ensuring our partners are motivated, trained, and hitting aggressive growth targets. Identify new distributors in untapped markets, managing their appointment to maximize their engagement and sales of Cyclops’s hardware and software.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
