Teamforce Labour Seeks Experienced EUSR Persons Ganger
Requirements
- Valid EUSR Persons qualification
- Valid CSCS Card
- Previous experience working as a Ganger on substation projects
- Good understanding of site health & safety
- Ability to lead and coordinate a team of operatives
- Previous experience working within National Grid/substation environments would be advantageous
Role & Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating operatives carrying out works within the substation
- Allocating daily tasks and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
- Ensuring all site rules, RAMS, and safe systems of work are followed
- Liaising with Site Supervisors and management regarding progress
- Monitoring workmanship and maintaining high standards on site
- Ensuring the team works safely within the requirements of the substation environment
- Maintaining good housekeeping and site standards throughout the works
