About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial sales professional to take ownership of growing and developing the UK market for an innovative company operating at the forefront of the EV charging and energy technology sector.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building markets from the ground up, developing strong commercial relationships and identifying new opportunities. You will have significant autonomy and will be responsible for developing partnerships across the UK, working with customers and stakeholders including installers, wholesalers, CPOs, fleets, and other industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the UK market and develop a clear strategy for growth.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities across the EV charging and energy ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, wholesalers, CPOs, fleets, and strategic partners.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the UK market, competitors, and customer requirements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building through to negotiation and closing.
  • Represent the company at industry events and build a strong network across the UK.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are translated into successful commercial opportunities.
  • Help shape the company's wider UK strategy as the market continues to grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
