Salary: £38,000 + bonus and overtime (Van and Tools provided)

Join the EVolution:

The Pod Point Technician is a key member of our Operations team, responsible for the installation and maintenance of electric vehicle charge points within your local area. This role is primarily field based, with a daily travel time of roughly 1.5 hours. There's an exciting bonus for completing more than 12 installations per week – how awesome is that!

  • Educating our customers about the world of EVs
  • Being the face of Pod Point when completing installations – offering a service with a smile
  • Proactively managing stock levels, ordering, replenishing and returning equipment in a timely manner
  • Working productively to meet required daily/weekly/monthly targets
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction levels from providing quality installs
  • Working independently, but also a keen team player
  • Adhering to Pod Point Health and Safety standards/ procedures

Electrify us with your skills:

We think the role would be great for somebody who has ideally had previous experience installing EV chargers, as well as someone with:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or
  • C&G Level 3 in Electrical Installation
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Environmentally conscious, with a passion for sustainability
  • Full UK driving License
  • C&G Inspection and Testing – would be a bonus!
