PO2: Starting salary, £44,937 pa rising in annual increment to £47,925 per annum incl LW
Fixed Term Contract or Secondment Opportunity until March 2027.

About the Team:
Your role will be within the Council’s Fleet Management Service. This is a small team focused on ensuring that departments across the Council can deliver their respective services in the knowledge that any staff member required to drive a vehicle is fully compliant and competent and that the vehicles they are using are fully maintained and meet all regulatory requirements.

The team is responsible for fleet and transport related services including but not limited to vehicle procurement, maintenance, vehicle emissions reduction strategy, electric vehicle charge points management, contract management, pool cars, grey fleet, vehicle and driver compliance and driver training.
About the Role:
The role will support the development and operation of electric vehicle(EV) charge points managed in-house as well as the management of the EV contracts framework, providing professional and procurement advice and guidance to all stakeholders and Council Members. The post holder will ensure accurate invoicing and reporting is undertaken and that contracts are based on the Council’s priorities, strategic policies, London-wide and national programmes and policies, and legislation and statute, and as guided. You will ensure that all documentation, procedures and systems used to manage the contract are kept up to date.
Finally, the role provides admin support for invoicing and raising purchase orders for the wider Fleet Management service.
