At Approved Multi Services, we deliver a wide range of high-quality services, including EV installation and maintenance, road and car park surfacing, property maintenance, signage and ANPR solutions. We support clients across London, the South East, and throughout the UK in both the public and private sectors.

Role Description
The EV Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the London and South East Area and across the UK. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of EV infrastructure projects, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

Day-to-day tasks include:

- Planning project timelines
- Tracking progress
- Overseeing site inspections
- Managing logistics for materials and equipment
The EV Project Manager will liaise with clients and stakeholders, provide regular status updates, handle issues and risks, and ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory requirements.
The role also includes:
- Monitoring performance
- Optimizing processes
- Contributing to continuous improvement of EV project delivery across the UK
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication - from tender to final sign-off
- Experience recruiting and managing teams for full charger deployment
- Inspection skills to oversee site work, verify quality, and ensure compliance with standards and specifications
- Knowledge of HERS and CDM compliance
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 audit experience
- Proven on/off-street EV infrastructure experience managing construction, infrastructure, or EV charging projects within the UK is highly beneficial
- Strong knowledge of NRSWA, permits, Section 50 licences & traffic management
- SMSTS, IOSH, NEBOSH or similar
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and with clients
