Are you passionate about the electric vehicle revolution and love being on two wheels? We are looking for a quick-thinking, agile EV Rescue Technician to join our pilot roadside assistance project.

As the "first responder" for stranded electric 2-wheeler riders, you will be responsible for getting our customers back on the road by providing rapid battery swaps and basic technical support.

Core Responsibilities

  • Rapid Response: Navigate urban traffic on a specialized electric rescue motorcycle to reach stranded riders within designated SLAs.
  • Battery Swapping: Efficiently swap discharged batteries with fully charged units (carrying up to 4 spares per trip).
  • Field Diagnostics: Perform basic troubleshooting on various electric 2-wheeler models to determine if the issue is battery-related or a mechanical/software fault.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure rescue batteries are charged and ready for deployment at the start of each shift; maintain the rescue motorcycle in peak condition.
  • Customer Experience: Provide calm, professional, and reassuring assistance to riders in high-stress situations.
  • Reporting: Log every rescue mission, including battery serial numbers, vehicle diagnostics, and customer feedback via our mobile app.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
