About The Role

As an EV & Utilities Projects Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support across multiple projects, helping Project Managers focus on commercial and delivery responsibilities. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project trackers, internal systems, records and folders, ensuring information and documentation is organised and accessible.
  • Organise and maintain key project documentation, including quotations, designs, approvals, permits, contractor information and correspondence.
  • Raise and monitor purchase orders and support the processing and tracking of project invoices.
  • Arrange project meetings and site visits, prepare relevant information, record actions and follow up outstanding items and information.
  • Communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, consultants and utility providers, to request information, obtain updates and coordinate requirements.
  • Support the coordination of utility connection activities, including applications, quotations, designs and approvals, while assisting Project Managers with key actions, deadlines and upcoming works.
  • Gather and distribute project information for reviews, reporting and meetings, ensuring relevant updates and documentation are shared with stakeholders in a timely manner and providing wider administrative support to the EV & Utilities team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
