Job Description
Here at Home Instead, West Lothian, we are looking to grow our team of Care Assistants across the West Lothian area.
- Title: Care Professional
- Location: West Lothian, UK (role based in the UK)

Entry Eligibility
You do not need any prior experience or specific qualifications to become a Care Professional. We welcome applications from people with diverse backgrounds, including:

Key Responsibilities
What Does Being a Care Professional Involve?
As a Care Professional, you will:


Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- Conduct minimum 1-hour visits to each client’s home
- Meet and introduce yourself to all new clients
- Be matched with clients based on personality, background, hobbies and interests
- Provide companionship-led care
- Offer non-medical support services, including:
- Shopping
- General household tasks
- Preparing fresh food from scratch
- Build strong professional relationships with clients
- Support clients to maintain independence in their own homes

Preferred Requirements
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (but this is not essential)
