Job Description

At Home Instead Bedford, we're on the lookout for caring individuals for our evening shifts. As a Care Professional, you'll provide essential support and companionship to the elderly in Bedford. Enjoy the rewards of making a genuine difference, while benefiting from flexible part-time hours.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in meaningful connections, offering kindness and comfort during evening visits.
  • Support with daily tasks such as light cleaning and meal preparations, making homes a welcoming place.
  • Assist in leisure activities like reading or TV watching, enhancing clients' evenings.
  • Communicate effectively with both clients and their loved ones, ensuring first-class care.

Qualifications

  • Experience is not required; we offer in-depth in-house training.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Must have dependable transportation for various duties.
  • Superior organisational and time management skills.
  • A caring, friendly disposition to create lasting relationships.
