Catering Supervisor
£13.77 per hour | 16 Hours per Week
Shifts
- Friday: 6:00pm - 11:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 6:00pm - 11:30pm
Lead the Evening Service
We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Catering Supervisor to take charge of our evening catering operation. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead the team, ensure exceptional customer service, and help deliver a smooth and successful service every shift.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating the evening catering team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Preparing and serving fresh food to customers while maintaining high food quality standards
- Managing stock levels, completing stock takes, and ensuring products are available and well-presented
- Handling cashing up procedures and ensuring accurate financial controls at the end of service
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards throughout the shift
- Taking responsibility for the smooth running of the operation in the absence of senior management

What We're Looking For
- Previous culinary or food preparation experience within a catering, hospitality, or food service environment
- Experience supervising or managing a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Organised, reliable, and confident making decisions independently
- A positive attitude with a passion for delivering great food and service
