Job Opportunity
We have a fixed-term opportunity for a part-time Evening Cleaner to join our facilities team at EDF Energy Cannington Court, a unique conference venue in Somerset.
Cannington Court boasts 50 en-suite bedrooms, a wide range of learning and meeting spaces, plus learning technology throughout. Our facilities team are dedicated to creating a welcoming ambience and an exceptional service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience.
Hours of Work
- Monday – Thursday 4pm - 8pm
- Friday 2pm - 6pm
- 20 hours per week
- Fixed-term 12 week contract

Responsibilities
- Cleaning and servicing all parts of the facilities
- Floor vacuuming / cleaning / spot cleaning / mopping
- Dusting, including damp wiping and high level dusting
- Emptying of waste bins and following site recycling specification
- Stairway cleaning
- Internal glass partition and mirror cleaning
- Cleaning of spills
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cleaning Operative
- Unless you live locally you will need to have your own transport due to the lack of public transport available
- Good written and verbal communication skills - there will be daily interaction with client staff and site visitors
