Evening Customer Service Advisor

Milton Keynes | Temporary to Permanent

£15.42 per hour after 7pm | £12.85 per hour before 7pm

6pm to Midnight | Choose from Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and live chat channels.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries
  • Supporting customers with orders and purchases
  • Managing queries relating to existing orders
  • Advising on products, promotions, and special offers
  • Helping customers with deliveries, returns, and cancellations
  • Resolving complaints and finding effective solutions
  • Delivering a positive customer experience on every interaction
  • Updating customer records accurately across multiple systems

No two days are the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and helping customers find the right solution.

About You

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good IT and administration skills
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • A positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Training

Successful candidates must be available to attend a mandatory two-week training programme:

Monday to Friday | 11:00am - 8:00pm

This comprehensive induction will equip you with the knowledge, systems training, and confidence needed to succeed in the role.

Please note: You must be able to commit to the full training period and have no holidays booked within your first six weeks of employment.
