We take immense pride in the presentation of our luxury 5-star venue, and we are looking for a dedicated Evening Front of House Cleaning Attendant to ensure our public spaces remain pristine, welcoming, and safe for our guests (and their four-legged friends!).
The Role
As an Evening Front of House Cleaning Attendant, you will be an essential part of maintaining our luxury 5-star standard. You will be responsible for ensuring that all guest-facing areas, event spaces, and public lounges are meticulously cleaned, sanitized, and beautifully presented during and immediately following our busy daytime and evening operations.
The working hours for this role are typically 4pm - 9pm working 5 out of 7 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Public Spaces: Regularly sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust the lobby, lounges, corridors, and main entrances to an impeccable standard.
- Restroom Care: Clean, sanitise, and restock guest restrooms frequently throughout the shift, ensuring a luxury experience at all times.
- Surface Sanitisation: Wipe down high-touch points such as door handles, railings, counters, and tables in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Waste & Sustainability: Empty front-of-house bins and recycling bins, ensuring effective waste segregation in line with our EarthCheck eco-friendly commitments.
- First Impressions: Ensure glass doors, windows, and fixtures are free of smudges, and that entrance areas are tidy and free of debris.
- Safety & Compliance: Responsibly use and store cleaning chemicals, comply with COSHH and health & safety regulations, and practice safe manual handling.
