Join our team as an Evening Office Cleaner
Play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our office staff and visitors. Location - Brades Road, Oldbury, B69 2HN
Times of Work - 6:00pm to 8:00pm (Monday to Friday), 2 Hours a day, 10 Hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of office areas, including desks, floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, following established procedures.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Empty trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas.
- Restock restroom supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance issues requiring reporting.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment during cleaning activities.
- Maintain detailed logs of completed tasks and report any damages or maintenance needs promptly.

Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and meet quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during scheduled shifts.
- Good communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety procedures.
