About Pharmacierge
At Pharmacierge, we are redefining the private pharmacy experience through innovative technology, exceptional service, and an unwavering commitment to patient care. Our ethos is simple: we treat every patient and prescriber with the same care and attention we would offer our own families.
About the Role
As part of our growing Evening Pharmacy Team, we are looking for an Evening Pharmacy Services & Logistics Coordinator to help ensure the seamless delivery of our evening service.
This unique hybrid role combines elements of our Patient Liaison and Logistics functions. You will be a key point of contact for patients, colleagues, and courier partners, supporting the safe and efficient movement of prescriptions from the pharmacy to the patient.
Working closely with Pharmacists, Dispensers, Pharmacy Support Staff, and our Logistics Team, you will coordinate deliveries, resolve enquiries, communicate with patients, and help manage the operational challenges that arise during the evening shift.
The Evening Team plays a critical role in extending Pharmacierge's service beyond traditional pharmacy hours, ensuring patients continue to receive the high standard of care and support they expect from us.
If you are highly organised, enjoy problem solving, and are passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
