Secretarial Group Administrator
Location: London
Part-time, 20 hours per week | Monday–Friday, 4.00pm–8.00pm
We are seeking an experienced and professional Evening Reception Administrator to join our London office. Working as part of the wider Attorney Resource Centre, you will provide a welcoming, efficient and customer-focused service to clients, visitors, attorneys and professional staff. As the first point of contact for the office during the evening, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls and reception enquiries, coordinating meeting room bookings, arranging taxis and issuing security passes, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Alongside reception duties, you will provide a range of administrative and secretarial support, including managing work requests and deadlines, time entry, e-filing, expenses, document amendments, archiving, case room management and maintaining accurate records. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working independently, with strong communication skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure. Previous experience in a corporate law firm or equivalent environment, together with strong Microsoft Office skills, is desirable.
