Role: Evening Shift Supervisor
Salary: £33,778.03 to £34,661.25
Hours: Monday – Thursday 13:30 – 22:00 & Friday 14:00 – 22:00
Location: Stonehouse, GL10 3EZ

What we're looking for?
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Evening Shift Supervisor to support the smooth running of our warehouse operation. Reporting to the Evening Shift Manager, you will help ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time, while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency and team performance. You will be actively working alongside the team on the warehouse floor, leading by example and helping to ensure all orders are dispatched on time.

- Previous experience in warehouse operations, including picking, packing and replenishment
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Good understanding of warehouse management systems and task management processes (Oracle etc)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Valid VNA licence or willingness to train
What will the role involve?
- Supporting daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, dispatch, and stock handling
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time to meet service level targets
- Support shift performance by managing workloads and helping the team achieve operational goals
- Train, coach, and support team members through regular one-to-ones, development conversations, and return-to-work meetings.
- Promote a safe and compliant working environment, following all health & safety procedures
- Support warehouse efficiency through stock control, process improvements, and site responsibility when required
