EVENING SHIFT - PANEL BEATER
Activate Accident Repair - Water Orton, Birmingham
Mallard Lodge, Water Orton, Birmingham B46 1NS
Evening Shift - Monday - Friday 2pm - 11.30pm or 2.30pm - 12pm
£5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS - paid in full on successful completion of your probation period

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Completing all bodywork, including stripping and refitting trim and panel interior
- Refitting new and repaired panels, and repairing small dents and minor bodywork on accident-damaged vehicles
- Repairing panel damage to pre-accident condition in line with approved repair methodology and manufacturer standards
- Using specialist body repair equipment, including measuring equipment, body jigs, welding equipment and SMART repair tools
- Making sure vehicles meet safety standards before they're returned to customers, or reporting and noting any faults on the job card
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- ATA or NVQ Level 3
- Good communication skills
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Good Health and Safety knowledge and awareness
- Good time management skills
- Relevant industry experience and time served as a repair technician
