Evening Cleaning Supervisor

Location: One Glass Wharf, Bristol, BS2 0FF

Hours: 25 hours per week, £13.69 Per Hour

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm – 9:00pm

About The Role

Kingdom Cleaning is seeking a professional and reliable Evening Cleaning Supervisor to support our client site at One Glass Wharf, Bristol.

This part-time role offers a consistent Monday to Friday working pattern and is ideal for someone with previous cleaning and supervisory experience. You will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe and professional environment while leading the evening cleaning team and ensuring high standards are delivered throughout the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the evening cleaning team
  • Check cleaning standards and ensure all tasks are completed to specification
  • Conduct regular quality inspections across the site
  • Allocate duties and monitor team performance
  • Assist with cleaning duties when required
  • Report any maintenance, cleaning or health and safety concerns
  • Maintain effective communication with management and site contacts
  • Complete relevant records and documentation accurately
  • Promote a safe, professional and positive working environment

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Previous cleaning experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, professional and confident approach
  • Good time management and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards

Shift Patterns

Shifts are worked Monday to Friday and include:

  • 16:00 – 21:00
