Overview
Core Events Hospitality Group is a leading corporate hospitality provider, delivering premium VIP experiences at world-class events, including Royal Ascot, the Super Bowl, Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, luxury concerts, and bespoke international experiences. We are looking for an entry-level Event Administration Assistant. The role serves as a vital link in supporting the administrative functions of the office and events, ensuring the smooth coordination and successful execution of a wide range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Office Team to help deliver high-quality events successfully
- Coordinate closely with the Administration and Operations teams to support the successful delivery of a high volume of events
- Support the Operations Team by assisting with the attendance and oversight of UK events, as well as representing the team on abroad events in cases of absence
- Work closely with Colleagues, Managers, Directors, Customers, and Suppliers
- Book travel, accommodation, transport, and tickets

What we are Looking For
- Confident in multi-tasking between departments and taking initiative with priorities
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and valid passport
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required (event attendance only)
