Role Description
The Event Administration Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Leicester, supporting the smooth planning and delivery of events. This position handles day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing event documentation, maintaining schedules and calendars, preparing guest lists, and coordinating logistics with internal teams and external partners. - Answering and directing phone calls
- Responding to email inquiries
- Updating databases
- Assisting with contract and invoice processing
- Supporting senior team members with executive-level administrative tasks

The Event Administration Assistant contributes to a professional, organized office environment and provides reliable support throughout the event lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including document management, scheduling, data entry, and record keeping.
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills, with a professional manner when interacting with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, including supporting senior leaders with calendars, meeting coordination, and confidential information handling.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office or similar tools) and comfortable learning new systems and event platforms.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset; prior experience in events or hospitality administration is beneficial.
- A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in administration, hospitality, or business support is preferred.
