Event Administrator, Gallery, London
Temp role for September and October, £15.40 per hour plus holiday pay, 36 hours a week but can consider 4 days a week
World-renowned arts organisation based in London requires an experienced Events Administrator for September and October to help with a busy season. The role supports the team planning and delivering a diverse event programme of exhibition openings, patrons, development, and event programmes.
Main Duties
- Data work using databases and ensuring clarity in the guest lists
- Organising out of hours visits and supporting with admin tasks related to meetings, trips and events
- Assist with Administration projects within the team

Skills & Experience
- Strong administration skills are essential
- Client / audience facing experience would be an advantage, ideally in a fundraising environment or similar
- Experience in the Arts / Heritage world is preferred
- Data entry, working with large data sets, confident on Excel
- CRM databases
- Time management skills with ability to work flexibly, managing multiple tasks & priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate diplomatically & effectively
