Due to the dynamic nature of the events industry, hours will fluctuate; you can expect busier, high-volume periods during peak corporate and seasonal event calendars, balanced by quieter intervals. About The Role
We are seeking outgoing, reliable, and proactive Freelance Event Managers & Brand Ambassadors to join our elite talent pool. As the face and voice of renowned global brands, you will orchestrate flawless on-site experiences, engage with attendees, and deliver impeccable hospitality in fast-paced, premium environments. If you possess a natural "can-do" attitude and a proven track record in high-end event execution, we want you to help us create memorable brand activations.
Core Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically represent the brand as a premium ambassador, adhering to all dress codes and conduct standards while welcoming VIP guests with a five-star hospitality experience
- Engage directly with attendees to build brand awareness, distribute promotional materials, confidently answer product questions, and collect valuable customer feedback and leads.
- Manage the full lifecycle of on-site logistics, including setting up, operating, and packing down event booths and promotional displays while keeping the space immaculate.
- Act as the primary on-the-ground contact to seamlessly coordinate with venue staff, caterers, and AV teams to ensure tech and branding setups align with luxury standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bring solid experience in Event Management, hospitality, or high-end brand representation, backed by a proven track record of confidently hosting high-level, VIP clientele.
- Attitude: A team player with an infectious, positive energy paired with a proactive, "no task is too small" mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting light event materials
- Communication: Flawless verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effortlessly with affluent audiences and corporate executives
- Adaptability: Highly organised, calm under pressure, and capable of managing shifting priorities in live event environments
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends).
