Mon - Fri, 40 hrs per week

£34,112 per annum

6 Month Fixed Term Contract (with the potential to become permanent)

At Fooditude, we believe great food brings people together. We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Event & Kitchen Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office and help keep our Events, Finance and Kitchen operations running seamlessly.

This varied role sits at the heart of the business, working closely with multiple departments to deliver excellent support and service. You'll manage event enquiries and bookings, develop relationships with prospective clients, coordinate orders, maintain accurate records and provide vital administrative support. You'll also assist our Kitchen team with purchasing administration, delivery reconciliation and invoice management, playing an important role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The working shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working with people.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, customer service or events role
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence building relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, positive approach and willingness to support different teams
  • Experience within hospitality, catering or events would be beneficial
