Brand Ambassador — Luxury Automotive Event
Student / Graduate
Location: Royal Hospital Chelsea, Royal Hospital Road, London SW3 4SR
Dates: Friday 14 – Sunday 16 August 2026
Hours: 13:00 – 19:00 daily (6 hours per day, 18 hours total)
Rate: £15.00 per hour
About the role
We are looking for a polished, confident Brand Ambassador to represent a prestigious luxury automotive brand at a high-profile event in one of London's most iconic venues. This is a guest-facing hospitality role at a premium activation. You will be the first point of contact for VIP guests, setting the tone for their experience from the moment they arrive.
What you will be doing
- Welcoming and greeting guests as they arrive at the activation
- Providing a warm, professional, and attentive front-of-house presence
- Answering guest questions and directing visitors where needed
- Supporting the wider event team with the smooth running of the space
- Maintaining an immaculate presentation of the stand and guest areas
- Representing the brand with discretion and professionalism at all times

What we are looking for
- Excellent spoken communication and a naturally warm, welcoming manner
- Immaculate personal presentation and a professional approach
- Confidence engaging with high-net-worth and VIP guests
- Reliability and punctuality, with full availability across all three dates
- Comfortable on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Right to work in the UK
Experience in hospitality, events, promotions, or luxury retail is welcome, though not essential. A full briefing is provided ahead of the event, so we are just as interested in your approach and presence as your CV. We welcome applications from anyone with the right attitude, whether this is your first event role or your fiftieth.

What we offer
- £15.00 per hour, paid weekly
- Full briefing provided ahead of the event, paid at the same hourly rate of £15.00
- £10 travel contribution per day
- Holiday pay accrued on all hours worked
- Total shift value of £270.00 plus £30.00 travel across the three days
- The chance to work with one of our leading clients on a flagship London activation, with further work available across our UK events calendar
Location and travel
Royal Hospital Chelsea, Royal Hospital Road, London SW3 4SR. Nearest stations are Sloane Square, around a ten-minute walk, and Pimlico, around fifteen minutes.
Dress code
