Company Description

Liz Linkleter Events is a full-service production and design agency, sought out for our creative flair and discerning taste, alongside event management of the highest standard. We are known for our thoughtful and considered event design, as well as our laser-sharp focus on guest experience, service, seamless flow, and atmosphere. Whilst we are aware of trends, we don't feel compelled to follow them, allowing us to deliver weddings and parties that are both original and timeless. We approach every event with a meticulous attention to detail, both in design and delivery, working only with the best suppliers in the industry. Liz is a former Alexander McQueen PR which informs our approach. We are included on the latest Harper’s Bazaar round-up of the Best Wedding Planners in the World, as well as the best planners lists of Over The Moon, The Wed and The Times.

Role Description

We are looking for an Event Assistant to support us on a full-time basis working across all our event categories – weddings, private parties, and brand events. The hours will be 9.30am – 6pm with a one-hour lunch break, Monday-Friday. We work from our studio in De Beauvoir, N1, Monday-Wednesday, and then on Thursday and Friday the team have the option to work from home if preferred. The successful candidate will also be required to support the team on event days and evenings, including weekends, in addition to the contracted five days a week, and this could be anywhere in Europe as well as the UK. When a weekend day is worked, a day off in lieu will be given at another time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
