International travel required Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Overview

XENOM is a global functional fitness competition series delivering large-scale live events across Europe, USA, and other international markets.

Own how XENOM comes to life physically on competition weekend.

Working across Marketing, Operations, and Sport & Events, you will plan and deliver the athlete and consumer experience across registration, venue presentation, branding, signage, partner activations, and the podium.

This is a hands-on creative production role for someone with experience in experiential marketing, live events, or creative production. You will have a strong eye for brand and experience, combined with the practical understanding required to deliver high-quality experiences in a live environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the athlete registration experience, from planning the flow, environment, and athlete materials through to check-in and handover into competition delivery, working with Sport & Events and Operations on the required support
  • Support the delivery of XENOM 005K registration and other key athlete and consumer touch points across competition weekend
  • Own the physical look and feel of the venue, ensuring every competition feels consistent, premium, and unmistakably XENOM
  • Manage XENOM's event branding, signage, and way-finding, including repeatable brand assets, venue-specific opportunities, digital displays, and overall venue layout
  • Lead the production and installation of event branding and physical experience assets, managing creative production partners, suppliers, and agencies from brief through to delivery
  • Coordinate the on-site delivery of partner activations and trade marketing initiatives with the Marketing & Go-To-Market team
  • Own the look, feel, and delivery of the podium experience, including backdrop, awards, prizes, athlete flow, and coordination with MCs and event talent
  • Help bring the wider event atmosphere to life, working with DJs, MCs, and other event teams on key spectator and experiential moments
  • Develop repeatable event experience guidelines and playbooks as XENOM expands into new markets
  • Capture feedback and learnings from each competition to continuously improve the XENOM event experience

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
