About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Casual Chef. Whether you're preparing dishes for a large event, a private function, or our day-to-day service, you'll bring creativity, efficiency, and consistency to the kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with fresh ingredients, and takes pride in delivering high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with menu requirements.
- Ensure food is prepared efficiently, maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
- Assist in menu development and bring creative ideas to enhance our offerings.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen in line with food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adapt to varying kitchen environments, from large-scale events to intimate dining experiences.
About You
- Previous experience as a chef in a restaurant, catering, or event setting.
- Passion for food, with a strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Relevant culinary qualifications (preferred but not essential).
