About the Role

We are on the hunt for an experienced management professional to assist the General Manager in bringing our vision, purpose and values to life in the role of Assistant Manager. From shaking cocktails in Gold Class, to popping popcorn, delivering outstanding customer experiences will be at the forefront of everything you do! You will empower and coach our team to deliver success by leading from the front and helping our teams be the best they can be. Our world doesn’t run 9–5 and neither do we. Working nights, weekends and public holidays gives you flexibility during the week, keeps every shift different and places you at the heart of our most memorable guest moments. It’s the perfect fit for someone who wants variety, balance and a role that moves at the same pace they do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Responsibility for Cinema in absence of General Manager
  • Overall Leadership and Team Management
  • Revenue and Financial Responsibility for Cinema
  • Customer Focus

Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years’ supervisory experience in a retail, food service or hospitality/ leisure environment involving shift work.
  • Previous experience with sales figures preferred.
  • Experience in achieving sales targets.
  • Above average level computer literacy.
  • Senior First Aid Certification.
  • Food Supervisors Certification.
  • RSA (Relevant to state/territory requirements).
  • RMLV (Relevant to state/territory requirements).
  • Approved Manager Licence (Relevant to state/territory requirements).
  • Enthusiasm, Energy and a Positive attitude
