About us

Unreal Events is a small but ambitious family business, providing VR sports experiences at (primarily) corporate events across the UK, as a new sister brand to Tee Shot Golf, which has been providing golf simulator hire for three years. Both provide a fun, competitive pop-up service, designed to slot seamlessly into a wide range of events, including exhibitions, conferences, marketing activations, internal company events and many more.

The opportunity

We're looking to expand our network of trusted Co-Hosts, to support the delivery of events on a casual / ad hoc basis as the business expands. Co-Hosts play an important role in supporting the smooth running of our event experiences, working alongside the lead Host. Whilst the role can often involve hard work, both physically and mentally, helping people have a fun and exciting experience can be enjoyable and rewarding. There is also the potential to progress to a more independent (lead) Hosting role, with more significant responsibility and earning potential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
